Gina Birch serves as the Executive Director for Thrive Faith Community. Although she resides in Florida with her husband Dell, she has faithfully served the community since the church started as an Apostolic Resource Center in February of 2022.
Gina has a gift of administration and operates with a spirit of excellence. Her mission is to move the vision forward to bring the body of Christ into cultural transformation, freedom from religion, and true intimacy with the Lord.
She has served in multiple capacities in ministry over the last two decades. Gina and her husband Dell are both ordained pastors. She managed and led all the Altar and Intercessory Prayer Teams for multiple campuses in a church of over 10,000. In addition to that she was the Education Coordinator for the Care Ministry and was responsible for scheduling, training the pastoral care teams, planning events and providing personal ministry to individual care receivers.
Gina has advanced training in several Inner Healing models. She has the highest level of training through Christian Healing Ministries with Frances and Judith MacNutt. She also obtained advanced training in the Mashah Healing model and served as an International Prayer Minister with that organization. She has served as a prayer minister with several prayer ministries throughout the years and has led several groups to guide them through the process of healing and administering healing prayer.
Gina previously served as the Administrative Director for an international women’s ministry responsible for conference and event planning and all aspects of administrative and ministry support. Prior to working in ministry, she was a Senior Analyst for a large international corporation and provided reports, analytics, schedule requirements, management support and quality control for multiple countries and corporate locations. In her role as an MIS Specialist, she also cared for event planning and was responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing large quarterly and yearly events for multiple organizational teams and departments.
The Lord has married her professional gifts, skills and talents to her heart and passion for ministry to serve the Lord and the body of Christ. Gina is dedicated to serve with excellence, honor, and love to fulfill God’s purpose in the world.
