Soorin Backer
Soorin is a reformer and Apostolic Leader. She attended Fuller Theological Seminary and studied for a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies. Her in depth knowledge coupled with her constant hunger and desire for greater intimacy with the living God, enables her to impart deep revelation in a practical and applicable way. Her passion is nurturing deeper intimacy with the Father through in-depth Bible teaching and revealing God’s heart for relationship rather than religion.
Connie Dawson
Connie Dawson has a Ph.D. in Church and Renewal History from Regent University, an MDiv in New Testament, and an MA in Theology. Her more than twenty-five years in ministry includes ten years as a missionary to Asia, five years in China, and five years serving at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in the Philippines. She currently teaches Church and Revival History for Global Awakening Theological Seminary and serves as lead pastor of Radiant Church (www.radiantlincoln.com) in Lincoln, Nebraska. She and her husband, Bruce, have two adult sons and six grandchildren.

Ryan Peña
Ryan Peña carries a vision for people to discover their identity and occupy their place in the Kingdom. His mission is to see the Kingdom advance as the fulness of authentic five-fold grace is restored in the earth. Ryan currently serves in senior leadership at Church of Acts in San Antonio, TX. He’s also the National Director for School of Kingdom, co-founder of House of Many Waters online ministry, and serves the Body of Christ as an itinerate minister. Ryan, his wife Leslie, and 5 children reside in San Antonio, TX
Victor Alvarizares
Victor Alvarizares is a father, husband, grandfather, entrepreneur, church planter, apostle and is currently the senior pastor of The Fathers House International also known as Casa del Padre Internacional which is a bilingual church in the heart of Portland OR. His passion is identifying the purpose of people’s lives and empowering them through wisdom and teaching to fulfill that purpose. He is married to Veronica Alvarizares, better known as Nocky, for 34 years and have two wonderful children, Caroline and Justin.

Oscar Surjadi
Rev. Oscar Surjadi was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. Growing up in ministers’ family prepared him to fulfill the calling of God in his life. He decided to answer God’s calling to become a full-time minister in 1995. He left his career and attended Philadelphia Bible College. He transferred and graduated from Valley Forge Assembly of God Bible Seminary.
Rev. Oscar Surjadi has been serving as the Lead Pastor of Portland City Blessing Church since 1998. He has a passion in preaching and teaching the Word of God to many generations through dynamic sermon both in Asia and in the United States. He also has the heart for church planting.
Together with his beloved wife, Ellen Surjadi, God has anointed them to raise up and train leaders. Both of them are committed to bring transformation to the believers. They have two sons: Darryl Joel Surjadi and Dannon Jeremiah Surjadi.
Julie Nowacki
Julie Nowacki is a Media Publicist and Vision Accelerator passionate about youth advocacy. She empowers others to amplify their voices and embrace their true identity. With over 20 years in artist management and experience as a licensed minister, she blends industry insight with spiritual leadership. A survivor of purpose depression, she offers compassionate, transformative strategies to help creatives and the next generation overcome fear and step into their calling with clarity, courage, and authenticity. Julie lives in Junction City with her husband Wayne and teenage daughter Audrey Joy who is their shining star.

Elisheba Haxby
Elisheba Haxby, wife, mother of four, and grandmother of five, is a creative media pioneer and co-founder of Above the Sun Media. She co-authored the Ninety-Nine Series to equip writers to release heaven through creativity. A Bethel School of Ministry graduate, she is passionate about worship, prayer, and healing. She also founded Company of David’s, a ministry devoted to restoring the brokenhearted and strengthening the Church through worship, emotional health, and bold faith.
Adam Freeman
Adam Freeman is a local business owner with a heart for ministry. Before joining Thrive, he served as an assistant pastor for three years. He now serves as one of Thrive’s ministry leaders, where he leads the men’s ministry and often steps in as an interim speaker. Adam is called by God to serve as both a pastor and evangelist, operating in the gifts of prophecy, healing, and deliverance. His ministry is marked by a spirit of love, encouragement, and empowerment. Adam lives in Springfield with his wife, Stephonee. Together they have a grown daughter, two teenage sons, and a granddaughter.
